Tip for BASE DENTINE washbake

• With a BASE DENTINE washbake, you can achieve an optimal bond between the layered ceramic and framework, making an additional liner/bonding step unnecessary.
• The BASE DENTINE powder is usually mixed with MODELLING FLUID RS to obtain a thin, aqueous mixture and is applied very thinly with a brush to the dry, clean framework to ensure uniform coverage.
• You get a creamier consistency and longer processing time by mixing the BASE DENTINE with VITA INTERNO FLUID.

Attention: The VITA INTERNO FLUID is a very "oily" liquid, and can be used in its pure form during a washbake. Due to the very thin application of washbake, the firing parameters remain the same.
