Preparation of the denture teeth

(before transfer to denture base acrylic)

Clean the teeth with boiling water (2) and remove all wax and contaminants (1).

Roughen the base (3) and the cervical circumference (4-6) of the teeth using a powder jet or a milling tool.

Round off (8) sharp edges (7), and avoid hole retentions (9/10) in order to avoid fracturing the teeth.
