Warranty

  • The warranty conditions enclosed with the corresponding equipment are to be observed for new equipment.
  • The warranty period is 6 months from the date of invoice for the delivery of spare parts and for carrying out repair work.
  • The warranty period is 12 months from the date of invoice for heating elements in the Zyrcomat furnace apparatus.
  • The warranty period is 12 months from the date of invoice for the muffle furnaces in the Vacumat 40 T, Vacumat 4000 Premium T, Atmomat and Inceramat 3.
  • The defective part must be sent back with a completely filled in “Repair Report” form as well as a copy of the invoice for checking and recognition of a warranty claim.
  • Equipment or equipment parts which have been handled, repaired or altered incorrectly will not be replaced free of charge.

Failure of a device within the warranty period:
If a problem should occur within the warranty period and repair is not possible in situ then a loan piece of equipment will be made available free of charge and freight prepaid. Any special requests for shipping (e.g. express delivery) will be invoiced to the customer.

Failure of a device outside the warranty period:
If a problem should occur outside of the warranty period, then we will make a loan piece of equipment available for the fee of €150.00 / month.
The fees include shipping costs, use and checking of the equipment after its return.
