Situation before treatment: The female patient is unsatisfied with her appearance and is afraid to laugh in public. The existing crowns were inappropriate for her type, past their best and no longer up to date.

A gingival correction was performed on teeth 11 and 21 to restore the symmetry of the anterior teeth.

An additional gingival graft was performed on tooth 11 to restore the symmetry. The provisional already gives an impression of what the end result will look like.

Teeth 11 and 21 were restored with blocked zirconium dioxide crowns and veneered with VITA VM 9. Veneers were manufactured for teeth 12 and 22 from VITA VM 9 in the shade 1M2.

Result after the 1st dentin firing with Base Dentin und ENAMEL. The contour was then completed, and EE3, EE9 und EO1 applied to the enamel area. The preliminary matrix with silicone putty prior to the procedure served as a guide for the contour.
