From April 2025, VITA Zahnfabrik will be expanding its portfolio to include the new 3D printing materials from the VITA VIONIC SOLUTIONS portfolio. These materials offer high-quality and shade-reliable solutions for cost-saving 3D printing in impressive VITA quality.
VITA VIONIC BASE RESIN IMPACT – impact-resistant and durable
VITA VIONIC BASE RESIN IMPACT offers a new level of quality for final denture bases. It has a high load capacity and a low risk of fractures. It will be available in the shades pink and pink translucent after its introduction at IDS 2025.
VITA VIONIC DENT RESIN – PERFECT MATCH in shade and quality
VITA VIONIC DENT RESIN makes it possible to fabricate highly abrasion-resistant, shade-stable dental arches and elements. As of April 2025, resins will be available in eight VITA classical A1-D4 shades and the bleach shade 0M3. The material is suitable for final dentures, as well as temporary crowns and bridges.
VITA VIONIC TRY-IN RESIN – for precise try-ins
The TRY-IN RESIN is ideal for functional try-ins on partial and full dentures. It offers fast and material-efficient production and easy processing. It also sets new standards for durability, thanks to its long shelf life of three years.

The latest generation of materials (4Y-TZP cervical, 5Y-TZP incisal) with multi-gradient technology combines maximum flexural strength with a natural shade and translucency gradient. The smooth transition of shades and the natural translucency gradient from the neck to the incisal area transform every restoration into an esthetic highlight.
This versatile solution is the ideal choice for numerous indications. This includes monolithic full anatomical crowns, partial crowns, onlays, veneers or implant-supported bridges of up to 14 units.
