The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the prize competition held by VITA Zahnfabrik, which will take place in the context of the following event:
ADPA Conference 2024
from Tuesday, August 20th 2024 to Friday August 23rd, 2024 in Sydney, AUSTRALIA.
The participation in this competition is free of charge.

2. Content, determination of the winner and issuance of the prize
The competition will take place on site as part of the above-mentioned event. The winners will be drawn from among those participants who have completed and submitted the entry card at the Henry Schein Australia Booth, providing full contact details and correctly answering the competition question.
There are five prizes to be won: The prizes are 1x VITA VIONIC® DIGITAL VIGO Denture Tooth Library each.
The 5 winners will be announced publicly after the event on the VITA Facebook page and other VITA social media sites. The 5 winners will also be notified by e-mail or phone after the event. The prize will be provided digitally.
3. Date of event
The Participation in the prize competition is possible on the following days:

21.08.2024; 09.00 am - 05.00 pm
22.08.2024; 09.00 am - 05.00 pm
23.08.2024; 09.00 am - 05.00 pm

Is the 23rd of August 2024, 5:00 pm: The prize draw takes place after the event. The winners will be announced on the 23rd of August 2024, 5:00 pm on the VITA Facebook page (see above) and informed in writing by e-mail or phone.
4. Eligible participants
Legal representatives and employees of VITA Zahnfabrik as well as their relatives and persons who live with them in a common household are excluded from participation.
Participation in the prize draw is limited to persons with a minimum age of 18 years.
Multiple entry is excluded. Every participant is allowed to enter in the competition only once.
In case of fraud or an attempt of manipulation VITA Zahnfabrik reserves the right to exclude these participants without stating reasons
5. Use of personal data for the implementation of the competition and for advertising purposes
To register for the competition at the trade fair, you must enter your first name, surname, name of company, postal address, e-mail and telephone number on the competition card.
With the participation in the competition the participant accepts the terms of participation and declares consent to the use of the disclosed personal data for the competition and the determination of the winner, the announcement of the winner on the VITA Facebook page and other social media sites and for dispatching the prize.
The personal data will only be used, in accordance with Article 6 para.1 of the EU data protection basic regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, for the running of the competition and the announcement of the winner. Personal data of the participants will not be used for marketing purposes or advertising and will not be forwarded to any third party unless consent is given by permission on the competition card.
If no request for contact from a VITA Zahnfabrik representative was selected by the participant (simple selection on the competition card) personal data of the participants will be deleted/destroyed after drawing the winner or if the participant is the winner, after dispatching the prize. If a request for contact was selected by the participant, VITA Zahnfabrik has the right to process and store participant's personal and company data for marketing purposes or advertising by VITA Zahnfabrik in accordance with Article 6 para.1 of the EU data protection basic regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. The participant has the right to revoke his consent to the storage and processing of his personal data at any time, e.g. by sending an email to datenschutz@vita-zahnfabrik.com. The legality of the storage and processing of the personal data prior to the revocation of consent is not affected by this. Upon revocation of consent by the participant, VITA Zahnfabrik will delete the personal data without undue delay, if the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes of the implementation of the prize draw (see paragraphs 2 and 3).
The partipant has the right (1) to request rectification of personal data in accordance with Art. 16 of the EU data protection basic regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and (2) to request erasure of personal data or restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 17 and Art. 18 of the EU data protection basic regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
The data can only be deleted by VITA on VITA's Facebook page in accordance to Facebook's general terms of use and guidelines, which can be found at http://www.facebook.com/policies/, but not on other Facebook pages and user timelines that share photos and posts about the competition.
In case of dispute with respect to the storage or processing of personal data, the participant has the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
The responsible person for the data storage and processing is the Organizer, i.e. Vita Zahnfabrik. The contact details of VITA Zahnfabrik are indicated in item no.1.

6. Prohibition of coupling
A participation in this competition does not depend on purchasing goods or utilizing paid or free-of-charge services of VITA Zahnfabrik.
7. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively to all legal relationships arising from or in connection with these Conditions of Participation and Data Protection Provisions.
