The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the VITA Zahnfabrik 100-year anniversary competition that will take place exclusively online on the Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn social media platforms in 2024.

2. Participation, prizes and selecting the winner
During the specified participation period in 2024, all participants (natural persons, minimum age 18 years) who publicly share their picture, video user report, or statement related to VITA Zahnfabrik on the above-mentioned social media networks, using the hashtag „#VITA100years“ and mention "@VITA" will be entered into the monthly prize draw. In addition, all monthly winners at the end of 2024 will be entered into a drawing for the Grand Prize, an invitation for one person to IDS 2025 in Cologne, including travel (organized by VITA) and one night's accommodation with breakfast.
The following prizes are available:
1x Grand Prize for the year: Invitation to the IDS 2025 in Cologne, including travel and accommodation for one person (all monthly winners during 2024 will be entered into the draw)
12x monthly prizes: One VITA fan package (a VITA backpack, VITA Easyduck soft toy, VITA lunch box and VITA bottle), as well as the chance to win the Grand Prize, which will be drawn among all monthly winners.
3. Announcement of the winners and awarding the prize
The respective monthly winner will be informed no later than the 15th of the following month via private message and a comment under their winning post. An announcement will be made publicly, and the winner will be asked to provide their contact details (full name and address). The drawing for the Grand Prize will be held by January 15, 2025, followed by notification and announcement of the winner in a similar manner. The prizes will be shipped or delivered in person.
4. Transfer of usage rights to VITA Zahnfabrik GmbH & Co KG through participation in the drawing, data protection
By using the hashtag „#VITA100years“, the participant agrees that VITA Zahnfabrik may use the posted content at the national and international level without time limitations, and use exclusively for commercial purposes. VITA Zahnfabrik may also publish the posted content for promotional purposes, for example on social media, on the company websites or in printed promotional materials. The right of use granted to VITA Zahnfabrik also includes the right to archive the posted content in a media database. By participating in this drawing, the participant also accepts these terms of participation and agrees that their personal data may be used to determine the winner, to announce the winner on the VITA Facebook page and other social media platforms and for the purposes of awarding the prize.
VITA is authorized to grant non-exclusive rights of use to the posted content to the companies, business partners, dealers, dentists and dental laboratories commercially affiliated with it.
The participant affirms that he or she is entitled to grant rights to the extent described above. The participant further confirms that the author(s) of the posted content agree(s) to grant these rights.
The personal data of the winners will be deleted after the prize is awarded and the winner is announced. The participants have the right to object to the further use of their personal data at any time, for example by making a statement to this effect to info@vita-zahnfabrik.de. Upon receipt of the objection, VITA Zahnfabrik shall immediately arrange for the personal data to be deleted. The participants have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing in accordance with Articles 15 to 18 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 5. Eligible persons
Legal representatives and employees of VITA Zahnfabrik and their relatives and domestic partners are excluded from participation.
Entry to the competition is limited to persons aged 18 or above.
More than one entry per person is permitted. Every new post with the hashtag „#VITA100years“ and the mention "@VITA" is considered an entry.
In the event of actual or attempted manipulation, VITA Zahnfabrik reserves the right to exclude entrants without reason.
6. Prohibition of coupling
Participation in this drawing is independent of the purchase of goods or the utilization of paid or unpaid services from VITA Zahnfabrik.
7. Confirmation
Participation in the competition is confirmation of the validity of the conditions specified above.
8. Applicable law
All legal relationships arising from or related to these terms of participation and data protection provisions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
